More to come!

Wow, am I bad at keeping up with this thing or what? I really do THINK about blogging a lot...just don't exactly come around to buckling down and doing it! I see and remember things that I want to blog about ALL the time. However, these last two months have been the busiest that I have yet experienced, post-wedding.  From baby business and doctors to job transitions and bills to figuring out another living situation and many, many house guests coming through town and of course the music business, my life has been a blur for a few weeks. I don't know where May and June have gone!
Currently, Lazar Lazar along with Dave Hoffman and Lucas Morton is in the practice room preparing for the D3 Conference in Louisville, KY. We leave next week! So excited to go, be refreshed and challenged. As far as events go, it's at the top of everyone's priority list here. Apart from that..lots of little music projects have weaned themselves in between now and July 15....Liz Escen's wedding day (another important event to take place in the coming weeks)!!! WHHOO!!! The guys will also be leading worship that weekend at a church pastored by the one and only...Eric Bancroft! WHAT A PRIVILEGE!
Did I mention I was having a baby?? hah. Growing fat and sassy over here. Two weeks from being 7 months pregnant and loving it. I can't believe I am almost through with this pregnancy, SO thrilled!! The days seem to grow longer and I seem to be getting less...mobile. But there's LOTS to do, NEED baby stuff, my next focus after July 15. haha. Honestly, I just can't plan ahead, there's sooooo much going on NOW and so many details that my mind and calendar can only handle one day at a time. Everything else seems to go on the back burner until its time.
I am so thankful for the "busy-ness" of life and that the Lord is truly teaching me to balance and prioritize, keep up with things and stay on top of it, because it is SO easy for me to fall behind and let everything just snowball. I want to just say NO to everything at times and not have anything to do, but God is gracious in showing me my sin and gently guiding me through reality. Things just HAVE to get done and I HAVE to do them and He has given me everything I need to do them in a way that is glorifying Him.

Post more soon! (I hope!)
